What to expect when you subscribe to our partner restaurant monthly events
I see one monthly event coming up, do you offer more?
Yes, sign up to get alerts to your inbox. We are working with our restaurant partners to showcase their craft at their culture talks series' that they will host.
Does my subscription to a culture talk series include access to all restaurants or just to the one series that I subscribe to?
You can subscribe to any number of culture talk series hosted by individual restaurant partners who offer to share their craft. You can individually subscribe to more than one restaurant, or to more than one culture talk series offered from any restaurant at your choosing.
Will the subscription price or culture talk food, drink, or swag offered at a restaurant partner change monthly?
While the culture talk series subscription price and dates to a partner's culture talk series do not change, the monthly food, drink or swag offered can rotate depending on what the restaurant wants to showcase any given month as their craft during the series. These details will be included in the series listing from the restaurant. Restaurants reserve the right to update their series subscription pricing at anytime.
Is the food and drink included at culture talk series available for delivery or take out?
The food and drink at all culture talks are available for dine in, unless otherwise noted by the restaurant in its series listing.

When does my subscription to a culture talk series start?
You will partake in the first monthly date listed on the culture talk series from the restaurant you decide to subscribe to, after adding it to your checkout and making payment.
When is my credit card or other form of payment charged for a restaurant that I subscribe to?
Your credit card will be charged immediately for the subscription to the culture talk series selected.
Will I be reminded of when the next culture talk is every month?
Yes, subscribers to a culture talk series will be reminded via email by the restaurant before each upcoming date.
What happens if I miss a culture talk on a given date?
While we cannot issue refunds or credits if you miss your culture talk due to restaurant food costs and prep time, simply contact the restaurant at least 5 days before the next scheduled culture talk series date, for a pro-rated refund of the series.
Can I pause my subscription to a culture talk series?
No, subscribers to a culture talk cannot pause their subscription. However, simply contact the restaurant at least 5 days before the next scheduled culture talk series date, for a pro-rated refund of the series.
Can I cancel my subscription to a culture talk series?
Yes, after you create an account, subscribers to a monthly culture talk series can cancel their subscription to any restaurant partner anytime simply by signing in to their account on our platform and contacting the restaurant at least 5 days before the scheduled culture talk series date. If you have attended a portion of the series, you will receive a pro-rated refund of the series.
