A native of Forte dei Marmi, a coastal town in Northwestern Italy, Cesar will guide you through a cultural narrative of Italian pasta through Il Forte's 9 authentic pasta dishes to inspire your dinner choices, while sharing his experiences in Italy including favorite places to see and things to do. Dishes range from $16-$22 exclusive of tax and gratuity. 

Guests will pay host directly for anything purchased during the gathering. 
Plan to arrive five minutes prior to the starting time. Valet parking available.

Homemade cappelotti with smoked prosciutto, mozzarella,
and sage finished with fresh brown butter and spicy tomato sauce

LASAGNA DEL FORTE OR VEGETARIANA
Homemade meat or vegetable lasagna in a tomato sauce with béchamel sauce and parmigiano cheese

SPAGHETTI CARBONARA
Farm fresh eggs, culatello, prosciutto, and pecorino romano cheese with fresh Italian parsley

LADY AND THE TRAMP
Spaghetti and meatballs with marinara sauce topped with parmigiano cheese

CHICKEN FETTUCCINI
Light truffle cream sauce with spinach, mushrooms and pecorino cheese

LINGUINI MARE
